We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles all card data on their PCI-compliant infrastructure. Your email and Discord handle are used only to send a receipt and to follow up about a thank-you kit, and are not shared.
What your donation is. A voluntary contribution toward the cost of running a fan-operated private server. It is not a purchase of goods, services, virtual items, or in-game advantages, and it buys no membership, rank, or entitlement. Access to Holidy Spice is free and does not depend on donating.
About the thank-you kit. Any in-game items an admin provides are a discretionary gift, not something you have bought. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold or transferred for money. All in-game content remains the property of Funcom under the Dune: Awakening EULA — we don't own it and we aren't selling it.
No guarantees. Kits are provided at admin discretion and may be unavailable, delayed, or declined. In-game items can be lost or removed at any time through server wipes, game updates, or changes made by Funcom, none of which are within our control.
